Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Copper Fox ("we") handles your personal data when you join the Voyager waitlist, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). It is available in English; you may request a copy in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by writing to the contact below.

01 — What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the personal data you enter in the form: your name, email address and contact number. We collect nothing else, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this site.

02 — Why we collect it (purpose)

We process this data for one purpose only: to contact you about the Copper Fox Voyager — early access, founder pricing and launch news. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any unrelated purpose.

03 — Consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the waitlist form. Consent is voluntary — you can browse this site fully without providing any personal data.

You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future, by emailing us at the address in section 06. Withdrawing is as simple as giving consent: one email is enough, and we will delete your details from the waitlist.

04 — Where your data lives

Waitlist submissions are stored in Google Forms / Google Sheets, operated by Google LLC acting as our data processor. Access is limited to the Copper Fox founding team. We apply reasonable security safeguards and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India in the event of a personal data breach affecting you, as the DPDPA requires.

05 — Your rights

Under the DPDPA you have the right to:

access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed;
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated;
have your data erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose above or when you withdraw consent;
have a readily available way to raise a grievance, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you believe we have not handled your data or your grievance properly.

06 — Contact & grievances

To exercise any right, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, email us at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH]. We aim to respond to every request within the timelines prescribed under the DPDPA and its rules.

07 — Children

This site and waitlist are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

08 — Changes

If we change how we process your data, we will update this notice and, where the change is material, notify you at the email address you provided before it takes effect.
