These terms govern your use of this website and the Voyager waitlist.

01 — The waitlist is not a purchase

Joining the waitlist does not create an order, a reservation of stock, or a contract of sale. It records your interest and consent to be contacted about early access and founder pricing. Prices, specifications, colours and launch timing shown on this site are indicative and may change before launch.

02 — Communications

By joining the waitlist with your consent, you agree to receive launch-related messages from Copper Fox by email (and, where provided, phone). You can opt out at any time — see our Privacy Notice.

03 — Intellectual property

The Copper Fox name, fox mark, wordmark, product imagery and site content are the property of Copper Fox and may not be reproduced without permission.

04 — No warranties; limitation

This site is provided "as is" for information about an upcoming product. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the site's availability or content and are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

05 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
